I have not been able to get the pump to work. My problem is with the packaging. Trying to get product out of the container is not controllable. Usually too much comes out. At this time I cannot comment on the formula. Also I am a returning customer and are familiar with how these pumps are supposed to work.

I have been a long time user of FOB products and I love each concoction that arrives at my door. I did notice that the products have shrank down to 11 measly ounces vs the 16 ounces I was acustomed to!! Shrinkflation has found it's way to my precious shampoo and conditioner. I'll continue to buy becuase I have a senstive scalp and nothing else works like this does.
