Love the product, disappointed at less ounces

I really love the Function of Beauty concept and can see the difference in customizing hair products. What I learned after I received the product was same amount of money I spent for a 16oz. bottle 3 years ago I spent for an 11oz bottle. There wasn't an option to select a bigger size.

Delivery took 1 month and sizing has changed

Size went from 16oz to 11oz with no prior notice and no options to choose different sizing, price is relatively the same and this time around delivery took almost a month ! Have loved their product for years. Its recent changes are really unfortunate.

When Function of Beauty first hit the market, I ordered a customized shampoo and conditioner. The formula was great and I saw a noticeable difference in my hair. A couple years later, I decided to splurge and try it again. The first thing I noticed was how many customization options were removed / no longer available. I don't feel like I'm getting a truly tailored formula anymore. Shampoo-wise, the formula was okay. I probably won't order this again as the time it took to fulfill and deliver, plus the very average results don't justify the price of the product.

The best hair serum and Purple shampoo

I LOVE YOUR HAIR PRODUCTS. But I don’t love your customer service/computer program. When you have questions, need help with order which I have happpened with 2 orders, you have no avenue get help. And when i do send a message comes from an AI person. Your back up in product is not ok, shipping took over twice as long as stated. Will I continue to order your purple shampoo and hair Serum, yes until I get too frustrated. I do think it is a wonderful product.

I only need to shampoo once now, before I used this I had to apply the shampoo twice for it to feel really clean. I’m very glad I changed my shampoo.

Satisfied with the hair mask

This hair mask does the job I want it to. My hair is soft, smooth, shiny, and fluffy. It is just the way I want it to. I apply the hair mask after using shampoo. So, the hair mask is supplementary to my hair's health and growth. I do love how the tub is sufficient to my needs. I might consume this hair mask before the six months is over. I am content with this hair mask.

Unable to contact-have shipped order not requested

How do you contact these people???? They have shipped me a second order that I DID NOT ASK FOR. Their "Contact Us" just goes in a circle and there is no way to contact them. Now I have to contact my credit card to put STOP PAYMENT on permanently. This is a terrible way to treat customers!!!
